Refund / Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Coaching Sessions

Refunds for participant cancellation will be made on the following basis:
WORKSHOPS/SEMINARS
Full refund prior to 7 days before the workshop, less a $25.00 processing fee.
After 7 days prior to workshop, a credit for the registration fee, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be issued towards any Reed Edwards Company workshop, products, and services.
Cancellations must be made via voice-mail to (508) 347-7237 AND in writing via e-mail to mclifford@reededwards.com or via USPS mail (snail mail).
Cancellations without both forms of notification will be treated as no-shows. No refunds or credits will be granted for no-shows.
Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another.
FORCE MAJEURE: Full refunds, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be issued if the workshop is cancelled by The Reed Edwards company due to fire, other casualties, labor disputes, war, government regulations, or any cause beyond the control of Rita M. Schiano and/or The Reed Edwards Company.
If the cancellation is due to weather, The Reed Edwards Company will reschedule you to another session or issue a credit for the full amount of your registration towards any Reed Edwards Company workshop, products, and services.
COACHING SESSIONS and INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM SESSIONS
Full credit towards a future coaching or individual program session if the cancellation is made prior to 24 hours before the coaching or individual program session, less a $5.00 processing fee.
Cancellations must be made via voice-mail to (508) 347-7237 AND in writing via e-mail to rita@reededwards.com.
Cancellations without both forms of notification will be treated as no-shows. No refunds or credits will be granted for no-shows.

General Product Returns Policy
You may return any book or item shipped in error within 30 days of delivery for exchange. The book or item will be exchanged for the correct product ordered. No refunds are given.
Books or items returned for exchange must include the shipping invoice. We will pay the exchange return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
No refunds will be issued for electronic download items. All sales for download pdf files are final.

Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days from delivery date are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that are Not Returnable
The Reed Edwards Company does not accept exchange returns of the following books or items:
- Any book or item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any book or item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Magnets or cards
- Electronic downloadable .pdf documents
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process exchange returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
No refunds will be issued for electronic download items. All sales for download .pdf documents are final.
Booksellers and Distributors: Please contact us about allowable store/warehouse returns.
Returned Checks
Checks returned to us due to insufficient funds will be charged a minimum of $25.00 to cover bank fees. The surcharge is subject to change as bank charges fluctuate.
